Curry is one of my favorite food. it's very healthy and delicious with lots of vegetable. my mom always like to cook curried pork tenderloin with many kinds of ingredients,such as:onions, potatos,carrots, pork,mushroom, peas, bamboo(only in summer).

we love Japanese curry..a little spicy is a must
