Apples ,apples and more apples. 在國外,蘋果蛋糕是很受歡迎的一款簡單又好吃的蛋糕!研究不少國外食譜,我永遠無法理解為何他們可以把"糖"當飯吃一樣,吃超甜又超油,我覺得這樣的蛋糕根本吃不出食材本身天然的味道外,味覺都被糖給淹沒了!對健康更沒益處!所以一定要大量修正食譜比例,才能例入我的健康養生蛋糕名單中!呵~

我第二個實驗蘋果蛋糕的食譜就是這基本款的"蘋果蛋糕",主要原料就是蘋果這麼簡單~!it doesn't take any fancy ingredients which I love!one of the easiest cake recipes I know.haha...

烘培,會帶有一種期待,也是一種挑戰,因為妳永遠不知道成品的呈現是否和你預期想像中的一樣,就是因為這樣的心情,所帶來的成就感是令人歡喜~

中間和上層為新鮮蘋果夾層  吃得出滿滿的蘋果塊   蛋糕體為新鮮柳澄汁、蛋、有機香草精混合而成

特地做給姊妹們吃的下午茶蛋糕  她們都超愛的  每次看到別人吃得開心  自己也就很滿足了!

蘋果蛋糕的滋味,有新鮮蘋果口感加上肉桂細緻宛轉的香氣,滿滿的占據了味蕾,與蘋果相互輝映  

the cake is really soft and moist. Its a good tea cake for the afternoon. very satisfying!!

我使用青蘋果(Granny Smith) ,酸中帶一點甜,沒有多餘的調味,忠實呈現蘋果的自然原味~

蘋果蛋糕烘烤時需要注意上層蘋果  不要烤焦了^^

Apple cake recipe

4 apples, i uses granny smith apples
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar

2  cups flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
60g sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2  teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pan. Peel, core and chop apples into chunks. Toss with cinnamon and sugar and set aside.

Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, orange juice, sugar and vanilla. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ones, then add eggs, one at a time. Scrape down the bowl to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.

Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Spread half of apples over it. Pour the remaining batter over the apples and arrange the remaining apples on top. Bake for about 1 hours .until a toothpick comes out clean.
